Background
Wincor Nixdorf is one of the world’s leading providers of IT solutions and services to retailers and retail banking. It has a presence in over 90 countries, with its own subsidiary companies in 34 countries. An appreciative and glamorous evening was planned in order to thank their clients of senior level executives from various companies for their continuous business support and loyalty.

Challenge
The challenge was to create a graceful evening for guests while maintaining a high level of comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. We also had to ensure that appreciation towards valued clients was sincerely expressed throughout the entire night.     

Essence’s Solution
A unique event concept was originated, held in one of the ballrooms at the swanky KL Hilton, which began with speeches delivered by Wincor Nixdorf’s CEO and Managing Director to welcome and thank guests for their presence and support. A stand-up comedy performance was introduced to provide entertainment for the guests throughout the delightful gourmet dinner presented by 5 Star Diamond Award-Winning Chef Kelly Brennan from KL Hilton’s Senses restaurant. The climax of the night was a special live performance by the Diva herself, Anita Sarawak, held at the renowned Zeta Bar, where guests mingled and boogied away till the early hours.

Results
All guests and clients went home thoroughly entertained, felt appreciated and pampered. The event objectives were met, as the client had a wonderful time with guests and enjoyed the memorable evening.
